Q, What will l need to touch up my makeup?
A, I always recommend a loose translucent powder & brush or sponge to touch up your T zone & a lipstick or lip liner & gloss.
Q, Should l buy my own lipstick?
A, l recommend you do, then you can top up when needed. I sell model rock lips @ $25.00
Q, Do l need a trial?
A, a trial is a fantastic way to try out a & see if the hair style you have chosen will last with your hair type & if extensions maybe need. Makeup can be adjusted & we have time to sit, chat, look at photos. All trials take place in my Salamander Bay salon and are best held a few months before your event but can take place any time.
Q, Will my makeup & hair look like a photo you bring me?
A, Short answer yes & no. This is when a trial can also really help. Your hair just may not be suitable for the style you want. I will always do my best to give you your dream hair & makeup (but l can only do what l can do ). l will still adjust it to suit your features & bring out the best in you.
Q, When do l need to pay my deposit?
A, If you are wanting to book me, then paying your deposit needs to be done ASAP, as unfortunately dates cannot be held. By placing a deposit the space becomes yours & for weddings, l will take no other bookings on that day.
Q, Will you come to my location?
A, Depending on your location in the local area, yes l am happy to come to you. A travel fee may apply so please let me know where you are located. My salon in Salamander Bay is also available.
Q, I have 4 people for hair & makeup, can you do this many? (8 services total)
A, Depending on your ceremony or event time & the hours available to us, then yes.
Q, I have 8 people for hair & makeup, can you do this many? ( 16 services total)
A, Unfortunately not! There’s just not enough time available. I can however do either the 8 makeup or the 8 hair and I am happy to refer another hair or makeup person to cover the other needs.
Q, When do l need to pay the remaining due money?
A, One week prior to the wedding or event date.
