But don’t worry! Chatting through all of the aspects of your day is all part of the process and will help us decide what will work well for you and your bridal party or special guests.
I’ve been a hair and makeup artist in the Salamander Bay area for a very long time now and have worked with countless brides and families. When you book with Make Me Up, you get … me! You won’t be met with a hair and makeup artist on the day that you don’t know. I offer a boutique, personalised service and as a result, you will have my full and undivided attention on your special day! No rush. No stress. No time limits. If you have a certain style in mind … yes! You can absolutely bring along a photo and I will do my best to make it work for you. I do recommend a trial as a great idea if you’re trying something new with your hair and makeup as not all styles or colours suit everyone. At your trial we can consider a few options to see what works best for you.
It’s totally fine to bring along or send me a Pinterest board and I can take a look and make some recommendations for you.
Many brides choose to have their hair and makeup done in my Salamander Bay salon but yes, I can travel to your home or event accommodation within the local Nelson Bay and Port Stephens area. Travel fees may apply for longer distances so don’t hesitate to ask!
